After moving my game from MAC to PC most households not loading

I am at my wits’ end. I have been playing on an 8gb ram Macbook Air for years without many issues, so few issues that I’ve barely ever had to even use this forum before. However my Macbook was running low on space for game files so I recently purchased an HP gaming computer as it promised better performance. It’s the Hp Victus with 32gb ram, nvidia graphics etc and I was so excited to get better speeds and an overall better gaming experience. However since moving my files over from my mac it’s been a nightmare. Only one of my multiple played households are playable, the others just get stuck on loading screen. I’ve done everything suggested in the forums here to address such an issue and nothing has worked. I have spent literal days sifting through my mods and cc to see if one of them may be causing the issue to no avail. I have a lot of CC. I have picked through my mods folder, removing batch by batch and gotten a few households to load but then I would try to load the same households again with the same cc removed and it would fail. And some households are not loading no matter what I do. I don’t use many script mods and have updated all of them to the latest version. I feel like crying because I spent a lot of money on that laptop just to be able to enjoy my gaming time more and now I can’t even play.
My game is updated to the most recent patch. No LE error is generated when the households don’t load. I have only been able to access one household through build mode and I was able to play it for a bit afterward but the next time I tried to load it I was unsuccessful. I don’t know if this might be a factor but I did miss a few patches and updates while I was still playing on Mac due to low memory. Let me know if any other info is needed. I am desperate for help. 

NB: I know there are already threads that address similar topics but I started a new one because none of the solutions offered worked for me. If I was wrong in doing so please guide me accordingly. I haven’t used this forum much before.
