[BH] Error code 0 if sim lives in an apartment and owns a small business

My sim lives in an apartment but needed to own and launch a rocket for her nerd brain aspiration so I thought 'hey I'll give her a small business on a separate lot so she can have it there.' 

Since buying that lot and registering her small business I get error code 0 every time I try to overwrite the save, meaning the game will only save if I 'save as' every time I save.

I figured running it in the apartment would be glitchy anyway but it's very annoying that having it registered and assigned to a different lot still breaks the game just because my sim lives in an apartment.
