Businesses & Hobbies White screens when selected the worlds

I have just got the Businesses & Hobbies Expansion pack and the only world that will not lot is the world for this pack.  It just white screens.  I have to restart the game and the all is ok again until i select the world for this pack again.  All other worlds for the other packs i have work fine.

Also the small business lock trait is not working too.

I have tried the repair option and deleted the localthumbcache.package file multiple times to not joy.  

Any other ideas to get the worlds part of this pack to work?
