Businesses & Hobbies White screens when selected the worlds

I have just got the Businesses & Hobbies Expansion pack and the only world that will not lot is the world for this pack.  It just white screens.  I have to restart the game and the all is ok again un...

If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
