Can't upload photos taken in game to the gallery.

I know that photos turning black in game isn't new. My normal solution for that is to save them to the gallery and place them back on the lot, but I can't save them to the gallery anymore. I realize ...

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
What exactly happens when you try to upload ? Do you get an error ?
