Cas Bug after 2-25-Update/For Rent?/Missing Eyes

So I recently found out about the For Rent bug and Idk if this has anything to do with it, but every time I enter my save I hit an infinite loading screen for cas and the music overlaps (which I know is a crash!)

Cas opens when starting a new game, but that's it. I'm trying again with a fresh game to see if the issue continues. I even switched between direct 9 and 11 , I got in once but then it crashes again.

But if I uninstall for Rent will that help?

Also, when I was able to play, my sims eyes go missing??? and you can't get it back even in cas?
