Ciudad Enamorada lounge location for dates
Ciudad Enamorada lounge is not an option when your sim would like to go on a date. Above the lounge there is a ! That says it's not available. I'm not sure if this is because of the other dates not working

I don't have Lovestruck but I can't think of any reason that the lounge wouldn't be available for dates. Lounges in other worlds are date locations. I read online that Laguna del Abrazzo has Up And Coming Hotspot as a lot trait but that shouldn't matter. Orchid A Go Go, one of the lounges from Get Famous, also has that lot trait and it's available for dates.
I would note that it's also unusual to have a ! above the lot. Usually, there's no indication that a lot is unavailable except a tooltip when you try to select it.
I was on one of my family's home lots and they autonomously Wanted to go on a date it went to the world and I clicked on the ciudad Enamorada and the lounge was unavailable for them to go there for a date
