Crashing on my main save

Everytime I travel or enter a loading screen via exiting cas/switching to a sim on another lot my game crashes. This is only one of my saves as far as I am aware and has been occurring for roughly 1 week. I do not use mods and I am on PC via the EA app. The most recent time I tried to open the save it takes me to manage worlds and crashes before the game loads in and it gave me the error message ‘failed to launch game’
