Drama Degree not working

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.62.67.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion Packs: Every pack Game Packs: Every pack besides Realm of Magic and Vampires Stuff Packs: Backyard, Bowling Night,Cool Kitchen,Fitness,Kids Room,Luxury party,Movie Hangout,Perfect Patio,Tiny Living, and Vintage Glamour
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happened after I graduation with a distinguished degree in drama.
What happens when the bug occurs? I tried to join the entertainment field/comedian and I ended up starting a level 1 of that field
What do you expect to see? I should be starting at a higher level with a starting bonus and increased pay.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @ChildzPlease If you have a degree, there's usually two entries you can choose from from in the career list: Comedian and Entertainment.

    If you choose entertainment, you start at level 1. Look at the list if there's Comedian given as option. If you choose that, you start at the first level for that branch (level 6 for the career)
