My Sim is male (and hasn't been abducted by aliens.) He has no pregnancy-related moodlets, physical changes, or other signs. I only found out he's "pregnant" in CAS and it's confirmed by his age progress bar in Simology being frozen. He can't dive for treasure, but he can usually ride a horse. When it says he can't ride due to being pregnant, it usually resets after travelling a couple of times. I haven't had any trouble with him being able to jog. I haven't tried other things like using a hot tub or doing yoga.
I have NOT used any mods at any time in his save file.
