My sims can’t cook

My sims, go to the fridge to “serve dinner”, she takes everything she needs from the fridge, start to prepare and then stop for no reason. There is space on the counter, she’s not feeling too inconfortable to cook yet, she refuses to cook. When I click again to “resume cooking” she goes to the preparation, starts to prepare for 2 sec and stop again. Works for every dishes. I have to use the rice cooker now to eat or any other robots to make dishes…
