Only "Offer Massage" under Romantic Social menu

I see this issue has popped up for a few other Simmers but some methods I tried already didn't work.  I don't use CC nor mods.  I tried moving my family into another house and that didn't fix the pro...

Have your sims become siblings in the family tree? Try checking to see if this has occurred.

Yes, I just went back and double checked..Sure enough, my Sims couple are now siblings.
