Pack Selection Technical Issues and Feedback Thread

With the August 19th base game update, we've enabled a new feature called Pack Selection on an opt-in basis for all players. If you're interested in enabling this feature, please see the patch notes here for instructions.
We're creating a thread here to capture any issues or feedback you might have related to The Sims 4 and Pack Selection.
If you are seeing the error message "Game data is still loading, please wait…" you can resolve this by closing The Sims 4, then deleting the usersettings.ini file from The Sims 4 install folder (default directory is C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4) and running a repair.

If you're reporting a bug or technical issue you believe is related to Pack Selection, please use the following template:
Platform:
Which language are you playing the game in?
How often does the bug occur?
What is your current game version number?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
What happens when the bug occurs?
What do you expect to see?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
To help us better understand the technical aspects of the issues, we would also appreciate if you could provide additional information to us as well:
PC:
- Press the Windows key and type "Dxdiag" into the search bar.
- Click on "Dxdiag.exe" or press enter.
- When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens, click on "Save All Information".
- Save the .txt file to your desktop for easy access.
- Attach to your post here.
Mac:
- Click on the Apple icon, top left in the menu bar, then About This Mac
- Provide the following information in the window that appears:
- Model
- Year
- Chip/CPU
- Memory
- OS
