Heya @vinnydeaguiar
I hear you, we're always working on ways to improve our communication methods and styles with fans, one of the things I personally love are the Laundry Lists that Maxis puts out for fans to know where our bug fixes are being prioritized at the moment.
That being said, I'm a firm believer that there is always room for improvement and your feedback has been shared with the Maxis team. Thank you very much for your time, attention and reply. I hope you don't mind if I still leave this post opened until an official statement.
The petition has now surpassed 10,000 signatures. I really hope you share this with Maxis Team.
I bought the sim4 and most DLCs some months ago. After playing for a few days, I submitted many bug reports patiently but most are left untouched years and years.
I am now considering to stop buying any DLCs including any future game from EA until they fix most of the reported bugs.
Hope EA and the staff will not make everyone sad and ruin it's reputation
I've had to take 2 breaks from playing this year, including right now. I have over 50 add-ons and my game won't stop crashing and my gameplay bugs are ruining my game.
It got much worse after adding Wedding Stories but it's been a big problem since the release of Cottage Living last year. The trouble is I still want to add High School Years because I think it's what's been missing from the game. But just patching my game when HSY was released made it crash after 4/5 minutes. I've been researching the Wants and Fears addition on here as I can't play them because of the crashing. I'm on next gen console too, purchased just to improve game stability.
I'm always respectful and constructive and instead of playing I'm checking in on here to stay current and involved and see if my knowledge can benefit other players with questions, which just shows my dedication to the Sims after playing since day one Sims 1 on all formats. I wish I'd not switched from PC to console years ago as PC players have mods to mitigate game problems, although I know problems remain.
I will sign the petition, but mean no disrespect to the team or EA as I love their creations. But something has to change.

I hope this post isn't reported, because it will sound like censorship.
A few weeks ago, I have started a petition asking EA to be more transparent about The Sims 4 bugs and glitches. It surpassed 9,600 signatures for now. I hope EA considers doing something.

Heya!
As you may have seen, today we created a new Twitter account to more efficiently communicate around trending issues with The Sims 4.
You can find it right here. - @EA_Cade That's great that that's going to happen, thanks for letting us know. Could those posts be relayed to us on here too for those of us that don't use Twitter please? I don't use social media and I know some others don't either so if there could be a recap on here that would be great if that's not cheeky of me to ask. Thanks.

@simsplayer818 Yep!
When that account Tweets it will show in the sidebar on AHQ here alongside the EAHelp Twitter feed. - @EA_Cade That's awesome, thanks!
Hello.
I appreciate your efforts to be more transparent. However, it would be even more appreciated if the Team made a statement about why the game is at the current status and also keep their word of fixing the bugs.
I'm still letting the petition open until Maxis Team do both. BTW, it surpassed 13,000 signatures now.
Thank you for your time.
