@Bouberri The Sims 4 doesnt save to a cloud, so to be able to access your files from another computer, your best choices is to copy you Saves and Tray folder. It's always a good idea to keep a back up of these regularly, specially before big updates.

When you create a single sim, and place it in the world, or not, it would be saved as a "household" to your library. Your library is all the things you create and are private for you. The Tray folder contains this information, it's not saved in the cloud.
