Save file changes into another save file
So I don't play with mods, got back from my holiday just wanting to spend my child- and husband free day with the sims. Started a save file from my own perfect world save file. I made a new save from that (opened my perfect world and used 'save as' before I started bulding, thank ALL POSSIBLE GODS I did that before ruining my perfect save file). Started by building a new apartment in San MyShuno. Tried to save during building: got the message the game couldn't save (error message code 30). Tried from the wold map, that seemed to work. Went back to Main Menu after saving In World and then going back to Main Menu. I already had a feeling 'oh no, I hope to God all Simfluencers were wrong about the last update'. Clicked the save file at the top, which has a weird name I didn't save it under (th save file now had a weird name like 0000034 or some ^#)*^#)^)_*@ like that, excuse my frustration). Tried to load back into it... It loads back into the save file before that one, a save file I played with without problems after the update. Whatever I do, that save file CAN'T BE OPENED. It loads back into the last save file I played actual game play in. So not even my perfect world save file opened last and immediately used 'sage as' in before starting my build, no, the last one I actually played in today with gameplay. It seems I've lost all that building time (+/- 6 hours) even though I saved in between.
Excuse my frustration again but what the actual...!!! I've spent so much money on this game and already accepted I can't travel while anyone is at work or at school because that bug STILL ISN'T FIXED and now this??? MY WHOLE FREE DAY spending on a build and trying to create a new family only to have it erased...
