Hello, I am having issues after the update. First, it was not being able to play my sim and staying on the world selection page. Now, it's on my main menu, and my sim file is gone. I've even taken out my mods folder and am still having the same issues.
LunariaRose03 Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you've moved but temporarily unread by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you can get into live mode.
If the new save works, copy over one of your main saves, but nothing else yet, and test that too.
