Sims 4 veterinarians are stuck during gameplay

Lately while playing my sims 4 game pack Get To Work, my veterinarians get stuck during gameplay. They literally freeze in place while playing during the entire shift. I’ve reset my sims and the vet stations and nothing seems to work. While they’re in the stuck mode, sometimes their arms stretch out but still, they do not move and won’t move until i leave the lot. This happens every time i play as a veterinarian, either my sims get stuck or an employee gets stuck. I play with console so I do not use mods. Is anyone else experiencing this issue??
