Sims stuck in loading screen

Hi! I have been having this issue where I go into sims to play and it will show the loading diamond screen, and I click it and it will glitch for a second then go back to the loading screen. I will press resume game and I will get into the game. But, when I try and travel or go on a date it will show the travel load screen(not the diamond one) and will just stay there, while my sims do stuff such as shower and talk to other sims- in the background. I was wondering if this is an issue on Sims or a mod issue I have tried repairing the game, doing mods by groups and still something is not working. I was also wondering if there was any place I could take it to, to get fixed. Or an easier way to get it fixed.
