    I figured it out. It was a costume for work. It was just that i forgot that my sim had not changed after getting home from work and taken a bath. So even after sleeping and bathing she still had her work clothes on. And I had not played with that save in a loooong time 🤣

MammaKG​  It would be helpful to post a screenshot of the outfit.  As for why it doesn't show in CAS, one possibility is that it's a situational outfit, so it would also help to know the context when the sim first started wearing the outfit.
