Unable to load lots/houses/families

I have had this problem for over 2 months now. At first, I thought it was a corrupt mod or cc, but after checking everything multiple times, uninstalling all mods and cc, and even completely uninstalling the Sims 4 and all its add-ons and expansions as well as save files.......the problem continues. I am able to use create-a-sim, pick a lot or house or family for them to live with/on, but when I try to go into the lot (again, whether it is a pre-existing base game family/house/lot or not), it acts like it will load it up just fine, and then boots me back to the world selection list. From there I will again try to load the family I just made, a pre-existing base game family or just a lot/house and it still has the same problem. Acts like it will start up fine and then boot me back to world selection. I am at a loss. I have "repaired" the game on the EA app so many times, it is ridiculous and still has the same problem. HELP!
