I've tested this with a vanilla game, using only MCCC, and I get infinite loading every time i try to load into a lot.
i've tested many different things and it's definitely related to mt komorebi. I've cleared cache, replaced lots, reset milestones, tested in a new save file, removed all mods, tried a different household, removed all b/b cc. The only fix that has worked has moving the sims elsewhere.
Yes, I'm in Mt Komorebi... I tried to build my lot in Tartosa and I managed to get in live mode, I put every mod I removed back lol... I can't believe we spent weeks dealing with this. So is it on sims end or some mod? Who should we report it to? :( It doesn't feel the same living in another world. I only like Komorebi and Tomarang but the lots in Tomarang are too small.
Honestly im so unsure of who to report this to unfortunatley :( But I so get you, I moved my sims to nordhaven and I miss komorebi so bad!! :( It's something to do with yamachan, i think the mods in the mccc discord are looking into it!
Yes!! It’s such a weird bug and makes me so sad cause it’s such a nice place to live :( I hope this gets fixed

4td9r919nfzi If you have MCCC, you do NOT have a vanilla game. Please rename the mods folder, delete the localthumbcache file, and check again. If it still happens, we can get you to a more appropriate forum. But vanilla is no mods at all, no matter what you're told in various support servers.
So I did actually check with a FULLY vanilla game. No mccc or BE. I deleted cache, removed lots, tried in new save files, tried a new household and new lot. Still couldn't load into any lot in mt komo. I used MCCC to get a MC last exception file AFTER testing the fully vanilla game. I did make a list.
Ahh me too! It's so weird! I'm missing mt komo :(
4td9r919nfzi Please upload a last exception file that the game itself generates when you don't have MCCC installed, please. (MCCC is just interpreting that file for you, but the LE can't be used for bug testing if MCCC is installed.)
4td9r919nfzi Also, could you please upload a new save with this issue, one that's never had mods used with it at all, including not MCCC?
