Are you sure you're signed into the correct EA account? That's the main reason packs disappear. Please check your purchase history on ea.com (Account Settings > Order History) to see whether the packs show up there. If they don't, you're likely in the wrong account.
If you have no idea what account you used before, try signing into the EA App with any email address you have access to. You can click "Forgot your password?" and get a password-recovery email; this only works when that address is tied to an EA account.
Yes, it is the correct account. I was playing earlier in the day and had everything before the update.

Do your packs still show as purchased on ea.com? I'm asking just in case there's some other glitch with your account.
Please also let me know where you bought the packs and whether Steam or Epic is involved in any way.

They don’t show in my library at all or in my purchase history. I bought a lot on Origin before it switched over to EA and then I also bought a lot through EA.

Right, so either you're in the wrong account, or your account details changed. Try signing into the EA App with any other email address you have access to. If you click "Forgot your password" and there's an EA account tied to that address, you'll receive a password-recovery email.
If you can't figure out what address is tied to the right account, you'll need to contact EA customer support for help. Look for e-receipts or any other proof of purchase in your inbox and take screenshots. Upload those when you submit the help request.
I would strongly suggest using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, choose a slightly different category of issue.
