BROKEN FEATURES NO PREGNANCY TEST STUCK AT HOSPITAL AFTER BIRTH

I don't have the pregnancy test option after an update also I go to the hospital for the birth and the sims won't return home they are now stuck and it all started after the latest game update. I did create a case with EA, cleared cash reupdated the ea app and game removed all mods cleared cache did everything they told me to it's still an issue and its still unresolved. Anyone else having these issues after the last sism 4 update?! Seriously I want my game repaired but when I unistall reinstall and repair the game it doesn't fix anything! I'm so frustrated and at my wits end with all the bugs this update caused!
