Your dxdiag does list a number of crashes of the graphics driver too, but hopefully those are related to the settings above and don't need to be addressed separately. If changing the settings doesn't help though, please try a clean uninstall and reinstall of the graphics driver as described in the accepted solution of that thread. You have the same laptop as the person I replied to, so the process and drivers are the same.
