Expansion Packs Are Missing!!!!

after this update my expansion packs are gone. i’m in the right account but all 21 expansion packs and 1 game stuff pack are missing. and it says i have no purchase history. i cleared my cache, restarted the app uninstalled both the sims and ea and reinstalled idk what to do. i have tried everything.

i also had 325 hours of play time and now only have 17 minutes but when i load up the game the same family i have been playinh with for a very long time is there so i know its the right account.
