Since the last update, my Sims 4 won't load. At first it said one of my files was corrupted, then I deleted it. Now it will load the game but will continue to cut off and not make it to the main screen. Not sure what to do. Thought the game would fix itself within a week but, its still not loading.
dabber456 Sorry for the late reply, and thanks for the dxdiag. which shows your computer's graphics driver is crashing. So if you're still looking for help, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:
The other errors in the dxdiag point to a potential issue with mods, so if reinstalling the driver doesn't help, remove your entire Mods folder to test. You don't need to save your progress.
