Packs disappeared from game :(

My Packs have disappeared from my game. If I go to “manage add ons.” It says they’re installed but won’t let me redownload them.
In app it tells me I own the pack and need to download them, but I can’t. I’m stuck and stressed because I’ve spent so much money on my packs :((
