SDX Error
I haven’t been able to play online because I keep getting a Sims Delivery Error. Does anyone know how to fix this? This is what I’ve tried so far: I have onedrive turned off. I use Norton for an...
McKenzieM98 Does the game work in offline mode? And does it help to disable Norton entirely? I'm not suggesting you get rid of it in general, but a quick test should be safe as long as you don't do anything else with your computer at the same time. Just disable Norton, repair the game, and see what happens.
If that doesn't help, please list the full path to your user folder, where your saves are (and the content folder as well). Right-click the folder and select Properties > General to view the Location. You can write [username] instead of your actual username if you want, but please leave the rest intact.
TedDizzle Same goes for you if you've tried everything else in this thread AND you have exactly the same error. If your error is different, please post a screenshot.
puzzlezaddict disabling Norton and repairing didn't work. I can still play offline. I just haven't been able to use the gallery or participate in the events.
Here is the path to the folders:
Saves: C:\Users\ [username]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
Content: C:\Users\ [username]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4
puzzlezaddict I think because I have Norton instead it doesn’t allow me to add exceptions for Windows Defender. I don’t have the option available to. If I search it then it says unavailable. I tried creating a new admin account but it didn’t fix it either.
