McKenzieM98 With Norton disabled, it is possible, as bxn_sims mentioned, that Windows Defender is now blocking the connection to the game. It should never take over while a third-party antivirus is running, so it shouldn't have been causing the issue in the first place, but this wouldn't be the first time it stayed active. Here's how to check Controlled Folder Access settings:

If that's not the issue, please create a new admin Windows account and try playing there. Make it local, as in, don't link it to your Microsoft account or any email address. Give the account a simple name (e.g. Test) to keep things simple.
