Sims 4 and all DLC missing from account

Logged into my EA App account today to find that all of my Sims 4 content that has been purchased over the years is missing from my library, (I still see Sims 4 files on my pc, which I have not switched/upgraded in over a year). 

The Download manager on my account is still showing the last time it updated Sims 4 was on February 1, 2025. Where did my base game and DLC go?
