There's a problem with your games setup. Please reinstall your game.

This is my last resort, I have looked through all the previous posts on this same issue and tried all the different ways to fix it; installing an updated driver, uninstalling and reinstalling EA, removing all my mods and cc, and restarting my pc but nothing has worked.

This all started after I installed Gshade for the Sims 4 to use Pearleans Arcadia preset, after installing it I loaded up my game but I was unable to set up Gshade so I ended up uninstalling it. After uninstalling Gshade my computer has been acting funny-glitching and running slow and I cannot open the sims as it almost immediately gives me the "There's a problem with your games setup. Please reinstall your game." The first time I got This message I did reinstall my game but nothing changed. I've looked through all the solved posts for this issue but none of them have solved my issue.

I attached my DxDiag file, I saw it mentioned a few times in some of the other discussions. 

 please help :(
