Just installed Sims 4 for the first time today and I have a decent computer with enough RAM to load the game, it can run fortnite / gta and other demanding games comfortably but Sims 4 will not download. I've reinstalled it, updated drivers, reinstalled on other platforms and it still loads this error everytime.
I've attached my DxDiag for relevancy, can anyone help?
Sniperz_17 Despite the text of the message, this error is often antivirus-related. So please make sure yours isn't blocking any component of Sims 4. And set exceptions for TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, and TS4_Launcher_x64, or the entire Bin folder they're in. This article has a couple examples:

Separately, your dxdiag shows that LED Keeper is crashing due to some interaction with Razer Chroma, and Razer's Game Manager Service is crashing too. So I would suggest uninstalling ALL Razer software and testing Sims 4 before reinstalling it. A simple uninstall/reinstall is usually enough to fix this kind of problem, but please do test the game without it (and after changing the antivirus settings) at least once.
