What is happening?! Nex update?

Okay, so I have just updated my EA app and have now lost everything in my sims 4.
I have no packs, kits or stuff ect. and it says I have 0 hours played, when I literally played this morning - Im beyond 1000 hours of gameplay...
Do anyone no what has happened? 
How do I get my add-ons back?
Am I completely f***ed?

(I have no mods or cc)
Im on pc and use the EA app.
I had all add-ons. Maybe minus one or two, I would hate to lose all that.

Please help

    Okay, it seems that was a false alarm. 😅
    Aparently I have two accounts, and they both have sims, but only one has been played...
    I thought it was connected to the email I've used to create this forum account, but no

    Heya LucyWinther​ 

    It looks to me like you've got at least 2 EA accounts, and are signing in on the wrong one.  The account you're posting with here has never had any The Sims 4 content associated with it.

    You can confirm this by checking your purchase history here, if you can't remember your other account info you can also reach out to an advisor at Help.ea.com with any invoice number or CD Key that you've registered on the account before (check your emails to find these) to locate the other account.

    Okay, slightly weird as this is the email I've used to create my EA account with, but I'll try to see if I can remember the other one.

    Wow, I'm all over the place - this is the right account, the other was the wrong. Not deleting this one🤦‍♀️
