Problem to transfer The Sims mobile existing account to new phone

  1. Hello, I have a new phone and not sure how to transfer my  existing The Sims Mobile account to it.

I went to Play store and downloaded The Sims Mobile on my new phone, but when I opened its asking me to create, as if I'm new. 

I cannot open The sims mobile on my old phone because the last update I couldn't update it because the  storage was full. Can you help, what can I do?

    @cs2bgdxoextq 

    Have you completed the tutorial yet on your new device? You need to complete the tutorial before you can restore your progress from your old phone.

  • Hello thanks for your reply,no I did not know that the full Tutorial meaning is to actually choose the new Sim and that I will have the option to choose my old Sim mobile game. But doesn't explain why my old phone was doing the same thing. I will try it. I will update here if it worked.
  • @EA_Solaire But that is kind of odd thing to do when my data is already saved and I'm logged in Google account on my phone,why create a new Sim to get to the old Sim Data. That should be mentioned in all the Help Info,so I wouldn't of waited for so long and asking for help everywhere.

  • @Ilois4 Good news I have restored my game! thank you for your help and fully elaborate how to get it back . It's unfortunate that the agents in the Chat at Google and EA didn't tell me this. I don't even see it in all the Help info about restoring the Data. If you see where it talks about that Tutorial let me know

  • @EA_Lanna Good news I have restored my game! Thank you for your trying to help, I had to do a "Tutorial"to get it back by choosing the new Sim and bypass that to download and then was able to choose Old game in the Cloud or New Game.   

    It's unfortunate that the agents in the Chat at Google and EA chat didn't tell me this. I don't even see it in all the Help info about restoring the Data. If you see where it talks about that Tutorial let me know

    @cs2bgdxoextq Okay I will try that and hope it works for me.
    I’m sorry you went through this for a whole month.
    I’m going crazy dealing with it for less than 24 hrs.
