Can't see toddlers needs

I removed all my mods and custom content and repaired the game files and i still can't see my toddlers needs. Playing newest game version. All i did was download a young adult sim off gallary use genetics to make a toddler and picked a lot to live on.

    CynderPpupp​  In your screenshot, you're hovering over the Social Groups option, which is grayed out (although it's subtle).  Needs is one to the left and not grayed out.  Can you not click that either?
