Workarounds to try
- Start a new save and try to complete specific tasks on the new save, then head back to your original save.
- Remove any mods/cc you have in your game. I generally recommend a separate folder to do the events: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2025/09/multiple-user-folders/
