EA Support's inaction
My account has been wrongfully banned. I told customer support that my account was hacked, which led to the ban for cheating, and asked them to check my login IP. However, every reply I received from their support email was just rigid automated responses claiming that I violated the user agreement. But the key point of my ban is that it was caused by my account being hacked, isn’t it?
Cross-Progression
Hi Guys, So a couple of things went wrong during my cross-progression process. I was not aware of the repercussions and risks of merging accounts. I assumed that progress would be shared upon merging both accounts. This was not the case. The account with fewer levels (I think) was essentially lost, and unfortunately, the majority of my skins too. So now I must wait until October 5th this year to relink my accounts to TRY and see if I haven't permanently lost my skins when trying to merge accounts. For a bit of background info I had 4 accounts 2 EA and 2 Playstation. I wanted PS account 1 skins on my EA account 1 and for all progress to be shared on my main accounts. However, my playstation account with all the skins (PS account 1) was linked to (for some reason) my EA account 2 and vice versa. What I should've done was change what account my steam was linked to and then i would've been a ok but instead i chose the harder route which ended in me losing all my skins from my main PS account (1). Which was me trying to unlink (with the help of EA advisers in chat) my secondary PS account to my primary EA account and relink it with my Primary PS account. I think ive said everything i need to. If you go to this part of my little rant, thank you. Ummm and if anyone has any idea or thoughts send them through. Im kinda hoping i can get some clarity if I will still have my skins if I undo EVERYTING i did and then just relink my steam accounts would everything then be ok and I will have my skins? -Sidenote - i know when you link something you are stuck with it for a 'lifetime' but if you get the help of the advisers they are good and will help you out with that.
How do I merge my switch account with my higher level Xbox account.
I have a apex account on switch. I want to merge my switch account with my Xbox account. But I don't have the email for that account I deleted it I'm pretty sure. Am I cooked or can EA help I have the account on my switch. And I have the information for my Xbox account. Like can I get the information changed to newer information maybe or contact ea support.AP-east server 1 is belongs to cheaters now
every game mode has been seized by aimbots. here is the truth that servers are not been attacked by ddos now ,people can get in servers but this server is in normal fonction by surrender to cheaters . this make this game is a joke . i dont want to jugge any body but this situation make players quite the game . there's no safe place for good players . no peace. force to fight with cheaters let them hunt us . no fair no game experience.Ranked lag
Does anyone else have an issues lagging while playing ranked and ranked only. I can play any other game mode and be completely fine but once I get into a ranked game the packet loss icon comes up immediately and while I’m the game the rest of the icons will come on and off. For some reason it’ll go away towards end game if I can even last that long I’m just rubber banding and my shooting looting is all just so delayed. I’ve never had this issue before till recently and honestly don’t know what to do anymore I’ve tried switching servers and it says 0 packet loss but I still get it and I deleted and downloaded the game again and still nothing I played on my hot spot a couple times and it seemed to work but now even when I’m on my Hot spot I just lag. I just wanna be able to play some ranked is there anything I could do or try?Terrible Bloodhound design
Why does not Bloodhound's tactical and Ultimate abilities counter Mirage's holographs? The recon / threat abilities should be there exactly FOR this scenario, to work as a counter to identify which is the real, AND hidden enemies. Such bad design that they don't function like this.
random permaban for playing the game
I was playing unranked br with my mates a few nights ago and I randomly get banned in the middle of a match. I by far had the worst stat spread in my team match by match so I have no idea what wouldve set the anticheat off. I had r2modman open from a game I was playing before I hopped on and forgot to close it but surely that wouldnt constitute a ban. Any tips? My appeals have been denied twice and the response changed from “banned for cheating” to a gameplay penalty. No idea what to do.DMA cheats has returned agin
i have to say cheaters programmers are much better than your's E-A-C stuff. they ddos attacked servers any cheat for free . these 3days you didnt do anything fix that . they break up play's EAC data when players reported cheaters in ranked game . before 3days i was so easy to get ranked up but these 3days full of hackers in ranked game . just like 1 month ago. so dispointed of your company for these almost 7 years .2 shots from alternater = 194 damage
This game is straight garbage how can i stand there and empty two straight magazines r99 into an enemy and they are still standing and i die from 2 shots from an alternator? 2 shots not even in the space to be hit by more than that. Game is freezing damage whenever enemy's heallth hits 1 shot left, it literally becomes static. any damage received is double. 2 shots count at 20. Game is corruptRing timer needs to leave
With the increase in ring dmg... no more heat shields... like please... here is another eff you. So i res my team in the ring because we had a prolonged fight. I die from the res timer to 0 -_-. They respawn me on the edge right before next closing. I get 5 seconds to get in ring as its closing post spawn. C'mon. This is the worst and most silly thing you implemented in the longest time. ive thought of a legend that could maybe be added to the game as a controller. this legend would be called Echo and what they would do is throw a small disc or grenade that take possession of opposing teams traps such as taking watson fences caustic traps and catalysts spike for a certain period of time it would not work on enemy ultimates such as watsons pylon or horizons black hole. it is a small radius it so if i threw it into a room any trap on the radius would flip on them for around 7 seconds and has 15 second cooldown. the evolution upgrades i thought for blue shield would make the radius bigger and for the other option make it last a few seconds longer and for purple it would make the time for the the disc/grenade to go off quicker and other option would be a faster ultimate cooldown. for the ultimate i thought if you cant throw your tactical at them you could throw your ultimate and it would send waves of damage slowing the enemies down and dealing damage to there traps. please take this into consideration and hope to hear back thank you.Buy Pack Glitch
When i went to buy beam saber packs it showed the price for them so i bought around $100 bucks worth of coins bought 4 packs of the beam saber that was intentional then while i was still on the beam saber event i went to purchase again and it bought rod packs even though i was on beam saber event i have full video footage of this clip I didn’t realize until i went back of each event that it did that but thankfully my screen was recordingAudio getting worse every split
Congratulations. I don't know how you did it, but you did it. You made audio worse... Oh look we made it so you can hear your teammates 1000% clearer now behind you. wow great. No audio on the left right center until they within 5 meters of you and then you just get whacked. But don't worry you can hear your big old NC behind you thump thump thump. We fixed it bois! We got better audio on everything that didn't need to get better is better but everything that actually needs to get better is worse than ever. Thanks guys. Might as well just go silent gaming and make everything muted. Alas, here we are 4 years+ down the road and still can't figure out the audio. But hey new wild card will keep everyone coming back. sigh just another patch, just another audio issue.
