My account was blocked by mistake
Hello EA Support, I would like to request a manual review of my Battlefield V ban. The game was purchased legitimately on my personal EA account, and I only started playing recently. I was surprised to receive a permanent ban for alleged gameplay modifications. I have never used cheats, hacks, scripts, macros, or any software intended to gain an unfair advantage in Battlefield V. The only software I normally use is NVIDIA Overlay. I also have MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner installed on my PC for hardware monitoring, but they were not running while I was playing the game. Because I have not used any cheating software, I believe this ban may have been issued in error. I respectfully request a manual investigation and review of my account activity. Graphical issue with B580
Having an issue when DX12 mode is turned on with my Intel B580 where the terrain is no longer being rendered, but everything else is. Meaning that I can see the enemy running behind that hill, I can not hit them, the hill still registers and blocks the hit but the enemy is still visible. I am running the latest driver version from Intel. Did do a second installation of their drivers selecting to do a clean install but that did not fix it. If I switch to DX11 mode it renders correctly but have sever stuttering issues. Did try running DDU and it did not resolve the issue. [Help] False Cheating Ban on Battlefield V
Hello everyone, I am a longtime Battlefield V player who registered in 2022. I have legitimately played 658.9 hours and spent over 600 RMB in the game. On May 7, 2026, my account was suddenly permanently banned for "Gameplay enhancement" (alleged cheating). I have never used any cheats, hacks, macros, or third-party tools. I have always played fairly. I have already submitted multiple appeals through the official website, and the case is currently Pending. However, I have not received any resolution yet. This account means a lot to me after so many years of play and investment. I swear on my life and my family that I am completely innocent. If there is any evidence of cheating, I am willing to accept any punishment. I kindly request a thorough manual review from the official team. I didn´t got the rewards from the assault special Assingments
When I got Level 20 with the assault, I emediately did the tasks for Cosmetics,...etc. But when i completet thes tasks i didnt recieved the rewards, This was maybe two years ago and now started playing again and im just wondering what the issue is or if still can get the cosmetics. Battlefield V refuses to launch
Dear community, I am having some major issues with the game not launching after anti-cheat is done and it says "joining game" from the launcher window. I have literally done and checked everything, secure boot is on, i uninstalled and reinstalled EA-app, BFV and anti-cheat, cleared caches, ran everything as admin, still nothing, its a silent crash that brings me back to EA app without a report to show for it. I'm at a loss since no offered solutions are working, and can't find anyone else with the same problem. when i googled the problem the last sentence the AI search provided me with was that an update of the anti-cheat could very well be the cause of this issue and that it won't beresolved until a new update or patch. I'm hoping there's a much faster /easier way to play the game. PS: The game is linked to both EA-app and Steam as i bought the Definitive Edition through Steam. After unlocking level 20 of the Support class (machine gunner), the MG42 machine gun was supposed to unlock. I really wanted to try it out. I've unlocked it, but I'm level 20. I've tried everything. When I try to equip it, the game tells me it will be available in the next game. I've played many more games and it still hasn't unlocked. Please help, developers.
