"Could not enter dynasty mode" (PS5)
A few people have posted about this over the last few months, but it hasn't been fixed. Offline dynasties are completely broken and unplayable. About 75% of the time after playing a game, instead of returning to the dynasty menu, you get an error message stating it "could not enter dynasty mode." Instead, you are returned to the main menu. When the issue first started, the game results would still be saved when going back into the dynasty. That doesn't happen anymore. Instead, you have to replay the game and hope it's the 25% of times you don't get the error. Others have posted the same issue while getting a slightly different message, stating "could not enter franchise mode." Either way, it seems the result is the same. I've waited this out, assuming a fix would come. Now a few updates later, still no fix. This week I uninstalled and reinstalled the game completely, but the result is unchanged. EA needs to address this ASAP, because it has destroyed the primary function of the game. Please chime in if you have also experienced this issue and/or know of a workaround. Dynasty won’t save
Hello, I’ve had CFB 25 for a while, and I exclusively play dynasty mode, but recently my dynasty on Arizona State was deleted somehow and now when I click on dynasty mode it takes me to my super old dynasty on Memphis. I’ve started over several times since then and I’m super confused why it’s doing that. I’ve tried making a new dynasty but it never saves. In an online dynasty, starting year 3. We did not customize conferences. Schedule changes have not been a problem so far. when I try to edit any games or click randomize schedule I get this error. “The schedule is invalid and will be reverted to the last save.” This occurs whether I edit any single game. I’ve ran into some sort of roster bug, where one of my players that jersey I edited somehow transformed him from a wr to a 12 ovr Qb. Ever since this has happened I haven’t been able to play my cpu or user games being that it’s an online multi user dynasty. If you guys could help me with this I’d greatly appreciate it. How to add a team from team builder to multi
My and my friends are stating up a dynasty and trying to use the teams we built in Team Builder. We created a Multi user dynasty with default roster setting and sent the invite. The person who set up the Dynasty was able to get his team in no issue. Anyone who was invited is not given the option to add their team from team builder, even though they have been using the team in other dynasties. Freshmen are no longer available to change positions. It makes it difficult when you recruit several Athletes and are unable to put them in the positions you planned on using them for. When it comes time to encourage transfers, you can get stuck with several QBs that can’t be transferred whenever you were planning on using that player at CB, TE, HB, WR, Etc. during game, the score bar will disappear right before snap leaving you without a game or play clock does “Dream School” Ability do anything? You have a chance at an instant commit without it, and I haven’t noticed a considerable amount more with this ability. Are you not supposed to have any chance without it and about a 5% chance with it? If so it’s not working because you still can get them without spending the points on this ability. Then you spend the points and have about the same success rate as you did without the ability. Recruiting Question
This has to do with soft/hard sell. After I get three green check marks I will make a soft/hard sell if I need to boost a recruits interest. What I have noticed is an oddity in the green up ticks I get. Normally if all interests are A+ I will get 4 up ticks but sometimes I only get 3. If I have lesser up ticks like B's I normally get 3 but sometimes I get 4. What gives? Is this just another bug or am I missing something?Solved760Views0likes2Comments
Starters Aren't Playing
I'm in my second year of Dynasty mode and have run into a strange thing happening. My defensive starters are all messed up. My defensive ends are simply not playing. It is not just that the backups are in but that they aren't there at all. All the positions are filled with linebackers who have penalties for all their stats for playing out of position. 5* Gem Prospect = 74?
The title that I mentioned is one example, but it really does feel like the recruiting rankings don't translate well to the rankings of a player once they are on your roster. I've had four star busts start with a higher ranking than five star gems. It seems like there is little rhyme or reason behind how a recruit is rated while you are recruiting them, and what their initial rating once they hit your roster ends up being. My son has an invite for a cloud multi-player dynasty on his invite screen from a friend. But when you try to accept the invite, it brings up a PlayStation Plus screen that requires a subscription to PS Plus. We have a family subscription to PS Plus on my parent account, and my son's account is joined as a family member. Why won't College Football 25 recognize the PS Plus account for the dynasty. Hello EA, I just got the game and have started up a new Dynasty and there is something that remains in the game from the last installment - almost ten years ago - that still irritates me today. Academics - Can't be improved by user actions Campus Lifestyle - Can't be improved by user actions Why the heck not? Why is there always going to be a cap on these for my school? This is really disappointing and makes no logical sense either. These things aren't set in stone in real life. Schools can make investments and prioritize improvements on these things in real life, so it is just not fun that they cannot be improved over time while I play my dynasty mode. With the intro being ALL big schools, I was already starting to get nervous that the small schools were going to get shafted in this game (just like they are in real life) but it will be a lot less fun if I simply have artificial barriers to improving my school in all areas. I don't mind that my school starts in a bad spot in certain areas, so long as I have the ability to improve them. There have been 4-5 recruits a season that I’m in the lead for, but lose mainly because I can’t schedule a visit when they get into the top 5. Stays locked and says “will be unlocked in top 5” when they’re already there or even in top 3. I’ve even seen in on some YouTube channels and they were confused too. Only fix I’ve seen is if they aren’t committed before offseason recruiting you can remove them from you board, add them back, and then SOMETIMES it lets you schedule a visit. Doesn’t work for every player. Anyone find a fix for it? I want to love this game, but the sim engine is unplayable. The sim is just constant upsets, and 5 star schools going 5-7. Of course I want to see a few big upsets every now and then, but right now they're seeming to occur more often than the big team winning. I also want to add that the ranking system is broken. 11-2 conference champs shouldn't be behind in the rankings to a 9-4 team in their conference. Not to mention how many 3+ loss teams are ranked top 4 even when there are teams with much much better records. Is there a plan to patch any of this? Because this has me wanting to get a refund and simply go play NCAA 14. Edit: and I want to note I agree with a lot of others that the 1star schools don't need to be so close in rating to 5 star schools. Make Kennesaw a 55 overall if the elite schools are going to be low to mid 90s. the game is incredible! But there’s one problem when it comes to Dynasty Mode. Everything is great, but cannot play every game with every school and editing coaches. That’s what made college football 14. There are some fans that are complaining about that The only issue in dynasty mode.
