Welp it's season 9 of CUT and it's still Raggdey still can't play with one of my buddies at all and still only can call offense with another friend when playing duos .....oh and now it's something new the game os giving false info about how many packs you have 1sec it says 6 packs then it say 18 but guess what I have neither!!!!This is very very irritating I've spent alot of money playing this game this yr at this point I feel like I've been robbed.....smhBLACKADOCIOUS1 day agoSeasoned Rookie9Views0likes0CommentsNCAA IS GARBAGE. So you creators and such expect me to believe, that young people can play this on a difficulty other than freshman? Having to leave the pocket FOR EVERY SINGLE THROW TO EVEN HAVE A POSSIBILITY OF WORKING, is nowhere near realistic, Defenses of teams that are low tier, are not supposed to have the same level of coverage as the higher tiers. I can’t even play this game casually on Varsity, because the difficulty is at least 2-3 levels higher than it should be. NCAA 2014 was the last good one that was produced. I shouldn’t have to sweat my back off and get so frustrated over this game, and yet I do, due to the lack of attention to the game and how it should operate. If I wanted to be a sweat, I would play on the 2 highest difficulties. Fix this piece of junk game or you will lose A LOT of paying customers. I sure hope the CUT community is getting some type of compensation for how raggedy season 8 was. Hopefully I'll be able to play DUOs with my buddies cause last season was truly terrible in that department. Dynasty Custom Playbooks + Under Center Offenses Need Attention
Reposting this here (my original post got flagged). I play Offline Dynasty while controlling multiple teams and switching between them depending on the matchup. This playstyle exposes a couple of connected issues that really impact immersion and team identity. The biggest issue: when two of my user-controlled teams play each other, I pick one to control and the other becomes CPU-controlled. The problem is the CPU team cannot use a Custom Playbook. It defaults to a stock playbook, which completely changes how that team plays. It feels like I’m no longer playing against the system I built. From what I can tell, this happens because there is no way to assign a Custom Playbook to a team or coach in Dynasty ahead of time. You can only select custom playbooks at the pre-game screen, and only for the team you are actively controlling. The CPU has nothing to reference, so it falls back to a default. This creates a bigger issue: - Team identity doesn’t persist - You have to manually set playbooks every game - Multi-team dynasty becomes inconsistent - The CPU version of your team is not “your team” A fix for this would go a long way: Allow Custom Playbooks to be assigned to teams or coaches in Dynasty, and have CPU-controlled teams actually use them. That would solve both problems at once. The other major area is under-center offensive systems. I prefer running traditional football (I-Form, Power I, Split Backs, Wishbone), and while these formations exist, they are not complete systems. Examples: - Wishbone only has a Tight set. There are no 1 WR or 2 WR variations, which makes running a true Wishbone offense impossible. - I-Form 22 personnel sets (Tight, Wing, Wing Over) have zero option plays. That’s a huge gap historically. - Power I is missing the Weak set and only has one option play (Inside Veer). Each set should have at least a basic option package (Inside Veer, Midline, Load, Power Option). - There is no I-Bone formation (I-Form structure with an off-line wing), which was widely used by teams like Nebraska, Michigan, and Ohio State. The overall issue here isn’t just “missing plays”—it’s that under-center systems are not fully built out the way spread systems are. Option concepts exist in the game, but they aren’t distributed across formations where they logically belong. One more request that would really improve Dynasty long-term: data export. There’s currently no way to export: - player stats - team stats - standings - game results For anyone running multi-season or multi-team dynasties, this makes it difficult to track history or analyze performance outside the game. Even a simple CSV export for rosters, stats, and results would add a ton of value and allow players to build their own tracking tools. Overall, the foundation of the game is strong. These issues are less about adding new systems and more about: - allowing Dynasty to persist user-defined team identity - filling out under-center offensive structures - enabling long-term tracking through data export. This allows me to: Run multiple programs simultaneously Build distinct team identities Simulate full conferences or eras This feedback is focused on that playstyle and the systems needed to properly support it. 2. Issue #1 – CPU Cannot Use Custom Playbooks for User Teams Problem: When two user-controlled teams play: I select one team to control The other becomes CPU-controlled However: The CPU-controlled team does NOT use a Custom Playbook and instead defaults to a stock/team playbook. Important Clarification This is not just a gameplay issue — it is caused by a deeper system limitation. There is currently NO way to assign a Custom Playbook to a team or coach in Dynasty ahead of time. Because of this: The CPU has nothing to reference It falls back to a default playbook Impact Team identity is lost Schemes I built disappear Head-to-head dynasty matchups become inauthentic I am effectively playing against a version of my team that does not run my system. 3. Issue #2 – No Persistent Custom Playbook Assignment (Root Cause) Problem: Custom Playbooks cannot be assigned to: A Team A Coach Current limitations: Only stock playbooks can be assigned in Dynasty settings Custom playbooks are NOT selectable from the coach/playbook screen Custom playbooks can ONLY be selected at the pre-game setup screen Only the actively controlled team can use a Custom Playbook Key Limitation When switching control between teams: The inactive team cannot retain or use its custom playbook The CPU cannot use it at all Impact Breaks continuity across a season Forces manual setup every game Prevents true system-based dynasty building Directly causes Issue #1 Suggested Fix (Foundational Requirement) Add the ability to: Assign a Custom Playbook to a Coach Assign a Custom Playbook to a Team in Dynasty settings Then: Ensure CPU-controlled teams can use that assigned playbook This single change resolves BOTH Issue #1 and Issue #2. 4. Issue #3 – Under-Center Multi-Back Offenses Are Incomplete I primarily run traditional under-center systems: I-Form (2 and 3 back) Power I Split Backs Wishbone The issue is not that these exist — they are not system-complete. Spread systems are well supported, but under-center offenses are fragmented and underdeveloped. 5. Formation Gaps Wishbone Only Wishbone Tight exists Missing: 1 WR sets 2 WR sets Impact: You cannot run a true Wishbone offense or recreate classic systems. I-Form (22 Personnel – Tight, Wing, Wing Over) ZERO option plays Missing: Inside Veer Triple Midline Triple Load Option Power Option Impact: This is a major authenticity gap. Power I Existing: Tight Strong Missing: Weak set Problem: Only ONE option play exists (Inside Veer Triple) Expected minimum per set: Inside Veer Triple Midline Triple Load Option Power Option Missing Formation – I-Bone Description: Based on I-Form Tight Replace one TE with an off-line wing (HB / FB / TE / H-back) Used by: Nebraska Michigan Ohio State Impact: Removes an entire hybrid I-Form/Option system from the game. 6. Core Issue This is not about adding random plays. The real issue: Under-center systems are not implemented as complete systems. Symptoms: Concepts exist in some formations but not others Option football is concentrated in flexbone and spread Traditional systems lack depth and continuity 7. Additional Request – Dynasty Data Export (Stats / History) I would strongly value the ability to export Dynasty data, including: Team stats (season and historical) Player stats and career totals Game results Standings and records Current Limitation There is no way to export or extract Dynasty data outside of the game. Impact Difficult to track long-term Dynasty history Prevents deeper analysis of teams, players, and schemes Limits community-driven content (spreadsheets, reports, etc.) Reduces long-term engagement For multi-team Dynasty players: Managing multiple programs across seasons is difficult without external tracking There is no way to build a full league history outside the game UI Why This Matters Dynasty mode is at its best when it creates long-term stories. Data export would enable: Custom stat tracking Historical record keeping Deeper immersion for simulation-style players Community-created tools and analysis Suggested Options Simple CSV export of: Rosters Season stats Game results Or a basic API / companion app integration Even a minimal export feature would provide significant value. 8. Why This Matters Overall Addressing these areas would: Improve offensive diversity Support more playstyles beyond spread systems Increase dynasty replayability Allow authentic team and system recreation Enable long-term tracking and storytelling 9. Closing The foundation is already strong. Dear EA i hope that if not this year then next year you can add these features: 1 Bring back Mascot Mashup 2 Make High School and Road to Glory have an extended season where you can edit your opponent and own team without doing team builder 3 have classic scenarios for each school, like a big moment from the past. It would make dynasty a lot more realistic if you could add FCS schools as well there is already FBS schools but FCS schools would make it more realistic. And it would allow players to try to build up an FCS program to end up joining a small FBS conference like the sunbelt. Also it would allow people who go to the colleges that are FCS colleges to play with them. Adding all of the FCS programs in this one year from CFB26 to CFB27 would be a lot. I think you could do some of the more known FCS programs though, such as schools that were in the College Basketball tournament but aren’t in CFB 26 like Seana or High Point. Think about how beneficial it would be if we could click a button for Blockers like we can recievers, and tell them to go block who we think they should block. It is no secret that blocking logic has a lot of issues so if there was a hot route type system that allows for what I mentioned or you can just change the whole blocking scheme (ex: zone block changed to down scheme or power or trap). So how do you expect me to believe that, FCS teams have defense as good or better than the likes of the elite teams? Playing on Varsity difficulty feels like I’m supposed to be the QB in a real game but the team on the other side has been beefed beyond measure. You can’t expect kids to play this, or average guys who grew up playing the original game. It isn’t a “skill” issue, it is a lack of realism issue. When you basically have to escape the pocket EVERY throw, and still not get the completions at a reasonable rate, cannot run the ball whatsoever, then you need to correct the way it plays. Customer is always right, huh? Guess you guys weren’t freaky considering all the customers you have. It isn’t fun to play at all, quite frankly, it drives me insane. The mechanics are horrible, it isn’t realistic, and it’s a waste of our time and yours, to be honest. How do I transfer my dynasty team, the team that I’ve personalized by changing players weight and height. I’ve given each player their own helmet, face mask, visor, shoes, gloves, etc….so I want to transfer my dynasty team to play a single game in play now game mode. My team that I built in team builder, after I import it, it does show up in play now game mode, but the team goes back to generic. ???
