Quest won’t update
Hey guys, I recently started playing dragon age origins and I’m on the quest „A Lord's Trust: the second task“. And I did everything I should, ask around about Jarvia find the hideout and kill her but the quest won’t update and I don’t wanna do it again cause I have been doing a lot of sidequest in the meantime. [Keep] Cannot Delete Old Heroes From Dragon Age Origins
Hello, I have recently encountered an issue withing Dragon Age Keep whereas I cannot delete old Hero entries made in Dragon Age Origins. For some background: the characters were created somewhere around 2015-2017 (yep, so a bit old) and I have since uninstalled and reinstalled DAO a few times, most recently 1 month ago, when I did a playthrough of a new character. The achievements and Word State info were not saved in Keep for this character (for achievements, no, I did not use cheats :D) ) so I had to manually modify some Tapestry info to match my playthrough choices (I am doing a series playthrough, so I wanted to see if the choices actually reflect throughout the titles - currently paying Inquisition). That's when I noticed that 4 characters that I created when I first got this game are still showing up there, but when trying to delete them I get error: Oops, an error occurred.. Is there some way that EA can delete them from my Keep account (and just keep the DAO character that I have right now in my active word state)? Also, the heroes that I want to delete from the DAO slot show as having 0 word state (Features in 0 word states) - I have tried to manually add them into another word state, in hopes that something will sync and I will be able to delete the hero, but no success... console mods for dragon age inquisition
I was wondering if Dragon Age Inquisition will ever support mods on consoles (Xbox Series S/X) like Baldur's Gate 3, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout 4, the Farming Simulator series, Cities: Skylines, Doom (2016), and Doom II. GAME BREAKING BUG - PLEASE HELP
So, some hours into the game, in the Ossuary, I cannot progress any further. After freeing Lucanis and defeating Fabricator Mini Boss, everything starts disintegrating, animations are missing, terrain is not loading, nothing works. Everything looks like in the picture attached. When I click any button - inventory, menu, etc - everything freezes. I have tried reloading, also started entire mission again, lower/higher graphic settings. Nothing works. Always same issues when I reach this part of Ossuary. I just tried to play Dragon Age Inquisition for the first time in about 3 years and I got a notification that said I could not launch my saved file because it was created on an older patch and to update to the current patch before playing. I'm stuck too. I'm on Xbox and I can't get the quest to go away even after doing it, it just is a rumor again and says that it can be followed up on. So, with the release of Veilgaurd, I now have all Dragon Age Games on my gaming Laptop. However, if I plug my headset or even a regular pair of headphones in to my laptop, the games have no sound at all. My other games still have sound. Sims 4 still has sound. And the games I downloaded from steam have sound when my headphones/set are in. It is ONLY Dragon Age that won't have sound when my headphones/set are in. Origins, 2, Inqusition and Veilgaurd are all dead silent when my headphones/set are in. I've messed with the settings, had my volume up to 100 and even messed with the settings on my computer. Nothing I do works. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? EDIT: i figured it out, it was an issue with my headphones.Solved577Views0likes3Comments

Game crashes when texture quality is high
After a complete factory reset on my gaming laptop after I kept getting a launch error of can't find supported video card, I can now launch DA Origins. Now I have to have all graphical settings on low or the game crashes. I also cannot open the configuration utility in the program files. Just recently re-downloaded DAI in Steam after a few years of not playing it. Now when I try launch it, EA opens and gives me the error message "Linked Accounts Found: Your accounts can't be linked because your Steam account ________ already linked to your EA Account for f3*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Steam account in its lifetime." Obviously, the f3 email is not mine, and I have never linked my Steam Account to any other EA accounts, and of course its absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get any support from EA itself....Anyone have any ideas?Solved142Views0likes1Comment
trespasser dlc keeps freezing on the loading screen after the second eluvian
Hi, I've been trying to finish up the DLCs of Inquisition so I can move on to Veilguard. I just started trespasser today after finishing jaws of hakkon and the descent without any issues. I haven't had any issues with trespasser up until now but suddenly when I try to enter the second eluvian in the storyline, my game freezes on the loading screen (it'll show the card loading screen but then freezes after it goes to black). I've tried all the common fixes I could find online (alt+tab, windowed mode, changing all my settings to low graphics, turning off vsync, turning off dragon age online connection, trying to run in clean boot) and I don't have the 60fps fix or any mods so neither of those are the issue. Hi, I was hoping to get some help with a missing game in my EA App library. I've spoken to two support officers already, and one recommended I make a thread here. I purchased Dragon Age: Inquisition GOTY Edition in 2023 and have since played the game in the EA App. However, upon starting up the app to play the game today, I noticed it was missing from my library. My other games were present. I tried all troubleshooting methods multiple times: logging in and out, restarting the app, clearing the cache, and uninstalling the app and performing a clean reboot of my PC before reinstalling. None of these have worked. One support officer told me this appears to be a known but and therefore suggested I create this thread so that a manager could contact me. Is it possible for someone to help me with this? I'm really hoping to get this issue fixed soon so that I can do a replay of the game before the new one comes out. Storyline glitch
Hello. As a big fan of the mass effect trilogy and the SW KOTOR games, I decided to play dragon age originais. On my Dragon age origins story playthrough, Alister was crowned king, Loghain was killed, and soon after, Alister gave his life by killing the blight dragon. Happy with the experience decided to play dragon age II. On Dragon age II, I imported the story lore from dragon age origins but Alister and Loghain were both alive. When I launch Dragon Age or Dragon Age 2, from either the Steam Client or from the EA client, I am presented with an Updated Privacy Policy. When I try to click 'Accept', nothing happens. Also, the only way to read through the privacy policy is to use the scroll wheel on the mouse. This is fine, I suppose, but fairly poor design. Nonetheless, I cannot get past the updated privacy policy because clicking accept does not seem work. I physically cannot click Accept. It does respond to hover, but not click.
