EA, ARE YOU GUYS DID THAT ON PURPOSE ON THE SIMS FREEPLAY LIKE I'VE BEEN PLAYING FOR A MONTH BUT MY SIMS BADGE STILL STUCK IN 0/5 RECORD LIKE WHERE DAFUQ THE REST OF THE BADGE OR RECORDER?! IT'S ALL UNIMPORTANT THINGS THE SIMS GAVE, OR NOT YOU GUYS FIX THIS ISSUE OR REMOVE THIS ENTIRE MISSION AT ALL LIKE, LIKE WDYM I NEED TO ACCOMPANY SIMS DURING WORK?! JUST REMOVE THAT THING OR MISSION THAT'S SO UNIMPORTANT AT ALL, OR NOT FIX THIS BADGE ISSUE I JUST WANT MY SIMS GOT THE SPECIAL AGENT LEVEL THAT'S IT!! YOU GUYS DID YOUR JOBS OR NOT? YOU GUYS ARE INSANE! FIX THIS ISSUE RIGHT NOWWWWWWW
Restore ability to hide games in library
Since you just closed 4 year old topic suggesting restoring basic functionality (that was present in origin) here I am to create new one. Please restore ability to hide games or remove them from account. This is very important for games that are demos, betas or no longer available Why do I have to watch Bejeweled 3 every time I want to find battlefield in my library? Why do I have to watch ea sports madden nfl just because I clicked on wrong tile while I had EA Play and it was instantly added to my account? I cannot even play it, it requires me to purchase subscription again (tile is grayed out) so I really have no idea why is it even visible in my library... I want to hide all these ugly mistakes and keep my library clean. It would be plus if I could add tags or group games into custom groups but just this basic functionality of hiding games and optionally removing them from account would be great.
Unable to load Inbox via EA Connect while in game
I have been using Origin , back in 2017, until EA App now and never faced any issues in inbox or quick messages Past the 3 Months I have this issue where everytime i try to send a Quick Message I get an error saying COULD NOT SEND MESASGE. TRY AGAIN LATER. And when I switch to Inbox it shows an error as shown in the screenshot Any solution?
Screw your "EA App Needs To Restart" while playing
Seriously, what MONKEYS work on design and coding of this thing? If I started EA App that's because I want to PLAY A GAME. If I am playing a game I DON'T WANT TO STOP JUST SO YOUR APP CAN RESTART. If you need to check for updates DO IT BEFORE OPENING IT AND UPDATE IT BEFORE LAUNCH LIKE STEAM DOES FOR AT LEAST A DECADE. SHEESH.EA App Closing Game
I’m going to post this to as many forums as I can as I can’t get into contact with any live support person at EA. Their chat bot just runs me in circles and sends me to unrelated forums. I’ll start by saying I only play the sims and have never had this issue before. I have had my game crash but that’s always followed up by some kind of report function to report the crash. That’s not what’s happening before some EA person tries to tell me otherwise. My game has always run fine and usually if it does crash it’s from an out of date mod I have. But that’s not the case now. I have taken out every mod. My computer can run the Sims 4 no problem even with mods but without mods it always performs much better. Maybe an hour into me playing the game, the game closes. Not crashes (I feel like I have to keep stating this so people understand.) It has only started happening the last few weeks. And I’m sure it’s the app causing this. It’s fully up to date as I check for an update every time I turn my computer on. Nothing happens in game that leads me to believe it’s a crash. The app just randomly closes my game. It’s annoying. EA has gone so far downhill that they can’t even bother to pay people to help with issues like this. Instead they have an AI bot that asks what the issue is, what your email is, and what platform you’re playing on and then will send you to a random forum (it sends me to a different forum every time I’ve tried.) Then when I ask for a live agent, it just asks the same questions again even though I’ve already answered them right before. I’ve tried this logged in and logged out of my account. I’ve tried on an incognito website. The point is that EA is cheap even though they’re going to make $500 BILLION dollars. They can’t even afford live support agents. This is absurd and at this point, I want a FULL refund of my Sims game and ALL expansion packs since I can’t play it without it closing on me. I can’t even get real help from a real person. Just a chat bot that’s taking all MY drinking water and giving money to billionaires.
Feature Request: "Download All DLCs" button for EA App
Hello. Please add a "Download All" or "Select All" button for game add-ons and DLCs in the EA App. Currently, players have to click on each expansion individually to start the download, which is extremely frustrating and time-consuming when you own dozens of DLCs (for example, in The Sims 4). This is a basic quality-of-life feature that steam and other launchers already have. Please consider adding it in the next updates. Thank you.
Stop Herassing US with EA subscription
Really, what it says in the title! I know about it, we all KNOW about IT. If we wanted to sign up for it we would. I dont need a pop up all the time in the middle of my screen to keep reminding me about it. If anything it will make myself and many others never considering getting an EA subscription just on the basic fact that you all insisted on shoving it in our faces.
Controller support on PC
EA has told me through different support techs that controller support is not available on Origin and EA Play - even for games that support controllers in other PC stores like Steam, Epic, UPlay, GOG, etc which even support wired and wireless PS4 controllers. It’s very strange that I can play EA games on Steam but not on their own platform. Frankly, it’s kind of absurd and embarrassing if this was my company. Am I missing something or does EA just not want our money?
NOT SOLVED - App opens every time I close a game
The old origin app had a setting if I wanted the app to automatically open when closing a game. I always set it to not open on its own. The new app doesnt have that setting and opens every time I close a game. I dont want the app to open when I close the game. Its super annoying to have to close the app EVERY time. It literally opens for no good reason at all. This is bad design. And this is the only app that has this annoying "feature".
