Payment failed, but money was charged. Support is more than unhelpful.
I paid for the EA Play Pro subscription but did not receive any access to it. The support team told me that I was “not charged,” yet my subscription appears as active on their end — which makes no sense. When I check my profile, nothing is enabled and I still cannot play any games.When I requested an invoice for the payment, support refused to provide one. So at this point, I’ve paid for nothing — I was charged and received no service in return.This feels like a scammy business practice, and I strongly advise others not to purchase EA Play Pro until EA addresses this issue.I have already contacted the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net) regarding this matter, and I encourage anyone in a similar situation to do the same.I expect a formal apology from EA Support and the entire EA staff for this unacceptable experience.
Ea play Geforce Now auto login
Would you add the option to automatically log in to EA play via Geforce Now? It's very annoying that I have to enter my pass every now and then after a few hours of break. Please add automatic login to EA play like Steam, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Xbox have it. It would be very helpful.
XBOX Game Pass and paid EA PLAY
I recently purchased an EA Play subscription without realizing that my existing Xbox Game Pass membership already includes EA Play access. After the purchase, I noticed that the EA App displayed a warning message indicating that this payment could be canceled. I bought ea play pro about a week ago and whenever i try to download certain games like Battlefield 6 or F1 25 it says This game is unavailable your not eligible to play this game and i have tried every method I've seen and nothings worked I've payed for the membership and i want to play the games that is included in it
Refund For EA Play Pro
I took out a subscription to EA Play Pro on the 10th of October to play Battlefield 6, I found out pretty quickly that it does not run well on my PC and I rather buy it on the PlayStation which I have now done and it runs much better. My issue comes from receiving a refund for the EA Play Pro subscription which I cancelled on the same day as I took it out, despite doing this it says it’ll renew in November and have still charged me £16.99, as stated on the EA website and UK consumer law as this was cancelled well within the 14 day cooling off period a full refund must be provided, have have raised number of support cases and have been told this is impossible via the support chat, considering it’s almost impossible to find the chat system and the waiting times are over 30 minutes and you can’t close the app or sleep the device, which is ludicrous btw, I feel this is the only option now. This is a disgrace and illegal, how do I get this escalated please, thank you for any help!Request for Refund – EA Play Subscription Charged After Cancellation
I recently canceled my EA Play subscription, but I noticed that a payment was still charged to my card afterward. Currently, I’m away from my computer and only have access through my mobile device, so I wanted to report this issue here. Before canceling, I read the information about the 14-day refund policy applicable to Turkey, which states that if the subscription is canceled within 14 days without using any membership benefits, a full refund can be requested. Based on that, I proceeded with the cancellation. As shown in the attached screenshots: The first image displays the message about the 14-day refund right for Turkey. The second image confirms that my EA Play membership was successfully canceled. Therefore, I would like to kindly request a refund for the recent charge, as my cancellation should fall under the 14-day withdrawal period. I purchased the EA play pro subscription last night. It worked up until 4 o’clock this morning when I got off I just got home from work at 10:30 but to go play and it’s completely gone. It shows the game just installed, but it shows my membership is completely vanished and the money took out in my bank I don’t know what to do. I don’t get it. Ive tried multiple times throughout that day to just buy ea play pro and the moment I clicked continue after selecting the one i want it just says it had trouble processing my request and to try again later. Ive tried on the website and on the ea app. It won't even give me an option to enter billing info, nothing.They are bilions is not working
