I started my Ea play pro membership 3 months ago but in my third month I didn't obtain my 1600 FP reward for this month. Missing pre order rewards
Hello EA Support, I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of EA SPORTS FC 26 before August 26, 2025 via [e.g. EA App / PlayStation Store / Xbox Store]. According to the official info, I should have received: A 93+ Icon Player Pick (in FC 25 UT) A 99 Shooting Evolution item (in FC 25 UT) However, after logging into FC 25 Ultimate Team, playing matches, and restarting the game multiple times, I have not received any of these rewards.

Transfer ban
Hi there I am afraid that I am going to get transfer banned because I was buying a player for 20,000 coins on one account and then selling it for 50,000 coins and buying it with the account I was selling it on for 20,000 so I could build up coins to get the season pass but the thing is I am only 13 and my dad said I couldn’t get it as he has bought me loads in the last couple weeks and my mum is moving house so isn’t spending much money at the moment so please ea don’t transfer ban me I hope you are understanding where I’m coming from👍.
