TOTY MISSION BUG AND CHAPTER BUG

Hello, I’m facing a bug in EA SPORTS FC Mobile (FC 26) related to the Exchange system. I have a player that cannot be used in exchanges even though: The player is NOT upgraded NOT trained NOT in any active lineup NOT locked Despite this, the game still blocks the player from being exchanged. To: EA Sports FC Mobile Support Team My name is Abduvaliyev Suxrobjon, and I am an active user of the FC Mobile game. I am writing this complaint due to technical issues I am experiencing in the game. Currently, the “Earn Gems” section is not working. I am unable to access this section and cannot claim gem rewards through completed tasks. Although I have completed the requirements for tasks that were supposed to reward more than 1 million gems, I have not received these rewards due to a technical issue. Because of this problem, I am unable to fully use the game services, and this situation has caused me financial loss. Therefore, I kindly request that you: Fix the technical issue in the “Earn Gems” section and ensure stable access; Review my account and grant the gems for the tasks I have already completed; Take a fair decision regarding this issue. Dear EA Sports Support Team, Hello, I am experiencing an issue in FC26 Player Career Mode regarding sleeve customization. In the Player Career customization settings, I select a specific sleeve option (including short sleeves). However, when I enter an actual match, my player is wearing a completely different sleeve than the one I selected. This happens consistently, regardless of which sleeve option I choose. To summarize the issue: Sleeve option is correctly selected in the customization menu In matches, a different sleeve is applied automatically Even when selecting short sleeves, the in-game match sleeve does not match the selection This appears to be a bug, as the customization settings are not being applied correctly during gameplay. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue or let me know if there is a workaround or upcoming fix planned in a future update. I bought this game a month and a half ago. Ever since then I haven’t been able to play any online modes. It keeps disconnecting. Scoured the internet and tried every fix but still doesn’t work.
