Cheating & ID Spoofing in Pro Clubs Promotion Matches (Team: Nightmvre XI) Hi everyone and EA Community Managers, I want to report a serious case of cheating and match exploitation that happened during our team's Elite Division Promotion Matches in Pro Clubs on August 2, 2026. Match Details: Opponent Team Name: Nightmvre XI Match 1 Result: Loss (4-5) - Obvious cheats and gameplay manipulation used Match 2 Result (Rematch): Win (4-0) - Ongoing exploit attempts and ID spoofing What Happened: After losing the first match due to blatant exploits, our entire team blocked all player accounts from Nightmvre XI. However, we were matched against them immediately in the next game. During the second match, their players managed to spoof / change their in-game IDs on the fly to bypass our blocks and hide their identities. They continued attempting to exploit the match mechanics, but we managed to defeat them 4-0. Evidence Available: We have clear, high-definition video recordings and screenshots proving: The exact match history. The in-game ID modification mid-match. The specific exploits used during both games. This ruins the competitive spirit of Pro Clubs and the Elite Division promotion system. Could a Community Manager or TOS team member please investigate this club and its players? I am ready to share all unlisted video links via DM or official channels upon request. I suggest ideas, reply people, read discussions, and etc. It feels meaningless. Whats the point doing all this stuff. I see a lot of people here who participate and try make this game better. I think they deserve something. You have community managers and they could feature to reward people. It will increase engagement in this forum. I purchased the FC Mobile Star Pass from the EA Webstore using 99 Silver. The payment was successful. I received the Star Pass item in my inbox, claimed it, and bought 5 Draft Vouchers with it. However, the Premium Star Pass is not activated. The game still shows "Purchase" and I can only claim the free rewards. While playing Champions, I was leading in the first match when my opponent disconnected, and I won, but the game didn’t count it. As of today, I’ve played a total of 5 matches in Champions mode and won them all, but as I mentioned, the first match wasn’t counted because my opponent disconnected even though I was leading 4-1. Hello there, i’ve done some playtesting before for EA, and I am still signed up for playtesting, however I haven’t received anything to do with the FC27 Beta. I thought since i’ve done it before i’d be selected for the FC27 Beta, however I haven’t received a confirmation saying that I have.
