PARENT WARNING!
There were many concerning issues in the past regarding EA SPORTS’ conducts, but this time the magnitude of that reached an outrageous level. EA Sport have stolen an incredible amount of ingame credit (over 19 000 000) from my child’s account that was aquired by buying a significant amount of point packages (worth approximately 3000 USD) from the official XBOX store and trading extensively with the game cards bought in official packages in the in-game store (Spendig an increadible amount of time during the last four months.) This was outright theft. As a concerned parent - besides looking for taking a legal action - I would like to warn all fellow parents of this unethical and outrageous ‘business practice’ of EA SPORTS. Please read the below statement and support our campaign! Your help is much appreciated. Contact is “[edit: email address removed]” !!!WARNING!!! to PARENTS EA SPORT is a lawless organization that steals private property! They lure inexperienced kids into spending their parents’ money on EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE game items. After that the game features are manipulated in an obvious way to frustrate the youngsters. So much so, that in hope of spendig more money they would be able to overcome these false shortcomings they invest even more real money in their game. Doing so, that finally they would be able to achive success. But this is in vein, as this vicious circle is carefully designed to be unbreakable. Moreover when they see that a child have achived some success in the game they falsely accuse them of ‘cheating’ and pratically steal their in game assets (WHICH WAS AQUIRED BY SPENDING THEIR PARENTS’ REAL MONEY - and also after wasting countless hours with the game). As a parent myself, not knowing about this lawless ‘business’ conduct, I spent some increasingly significant money, before I became aware what was actually going on. After carefully monitoring and recording the events for over two years and challenging the company on numerus occasions I can safely say that their activity is outright criminal. They also purposfully deny any direct contact to their so called ‘specialist teams’ and constantly ignore any legitimate inquiry about their misconduct. They also fail to provide proof of the basis of their decisions that result in the confiscation of paying customers’ property. They seem to be unchecked and unmonitored by any supervisory agency regardless of the fact of their multibillion dollar fraudulent scheme. I encourage every parent to BAN and SANCTION this company by all means and KEEP AWAY YOUR CHILDREN for their own sake and their healthy upbringing. Hello, I am writing to ask for assistance regarding a reward selection error I experienced in FC 26. I recently reached Level 40 in the Season Pass and was presented with the player pick options: the Daniele De Rossi item or the 5x86+ Player Pack. My intention was to select the 5x86+ Player Pack. Unfortunately, at the exact moment of selection, my PC froze/lagged, causing me to accidentally click and claim the Daniele De Rossi card instead. I have not used the card in any matches or SBCs yet. Is it possible to revert this transaction or swap the reward for the Player Pack? I was really looking forward to opening the pack and would appreciate any help you can provide. EA should keep a closer eye on who cheats in FC 26. Clubs can't be fair. You lose all 2 matches because a player can just run around and not lose their energy in the game. I just played 2 matches where you meet the same two you just played against and one of them can just run without losing energy. I think it should be fixed. Also, kick out everyone who tries to cheat because it's not fair that someone who is only level 49 can run from one end of the field to the other without losing energy. And you can't report people who cheat in the game. Fix that **bleep**. EA FC 26 should be fair play for everyone and this was definitely not it. I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at how technical bug reporting is handled here. For weeks, I have provided detailed CPU logs documenting a severe AI-related optimization bug. Instead of a professional technical review, I have faced nothing but scripted dismissals. Today, I reached my limit: Live Support Negligence: Agent Karunesh P abruptly closed our chat session because I insisted on an escalation. Generic Scripts: Agent Alvin ignored raw technical data and sent me amateur YouTube links, claiming this is the 'highest level of support'. Internal Delay: Despite being told that @Pulsar and dzrtr would look into this, the issue remains ignored while we are told to 'be patient'. I am officially initiating my own escalation process: I have documented every single interaction, every scripted reply, and every ignored log with screenshots. These screenshots will be shared across all social media platforms (Reddit, Twitter, etc.) to expose how EA treats users who provide actual technical solutions. I am filing formal complaints with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the FTC regarding this product defect and the refusal to address it. Main menu works perfectly fine and runs smoothly, but drops to 3-5 fps during clubs and even offline games like kickoff. FC25 ran perfectly without issues the entire time. These problems have existed ever since the beginning of FC26. What confuses me is that training games work perfectly fine, and are literally the only gameplay I can get. Throwback to 24.12.25, when EA’s automated detection system flagged thousands of PlayStation accounts for “balance transfer.” After 8–10 hours, they fixed the issue and unbanned everyone with a single click. Everyone thought the problem was resolved, the Wildcards promo continued, and the money kept flowing. Now, three weeks later, guess what’s happening on PC? Exactly the same thing that happened on Christmas Eve. Multiple accounts in my community have been banned over the span of just two days. Casual players, traders — you name it. I even tested the issue myself by hopping onto unused accounts, trading a few cards, and playing a couple of Rivals games. And guess what? After about 10 hours of normal gameplay, I got banned for literally no reason. We didn’t sell coins. Most of us didn’t use any external web app add-ons or bots. Just regular Weekend League gameplay with some trading on the side to improve our teams — literally using the in-game market as intended. My friends and I did some research to figure out what might have caused this. We reviewed the cards we bought and sold, as well as our profits and losses. Across all 14 accounts, there was exactly one common card purchased on every single account: Ibanez Winter Wildcard. The point of this post is to make this issue public and hopefully get it noticed by someone at EA. Many people have lost their time, money, and nerves. EA Help’s policy is based almost entirely on automated responses, so when you try to appeal a ban, you’re stuck resending the same message only to get rejected by a bot 24 hours later. It’s incredibly frustrating. I've already made a post on Reddit and X both got quite a big attention, but still no action by EA. So please, if you’re in the same situation, upvote this post. Playing on Legendary difficult, 3 seasons in Carrer mode, only got 2 fouls committed by AI, that's embarrassing for a football game. When I'm trying to shield the ball, the AI can takle me from behind and get the ball like my player didn't exists, and no foul given.
