This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to have a chance in such a lopsided matchup (more than 40 places separating me and my opponent!)? (And it’s not lost on me that this occurs when I’m at +7 and pushing to gain promotion (and claim the accompanying rewards). In other words, it feels like the app is intentionally blocking my progress and trying to prevent me from obtaining bonus resources.) The bottom line is simple: There’s just no reason (or excuse) for this to happen! It’s not fair and it’s not fun. We’ve raised the issue before and, like so many other issues, been met with demeaning silence. This is SO EASY TO ADDRESS! Hi, I’m having ongoing issues with Ultimate Team on PS5 in EA Sports FC 26. Main problems: Ultimate Team menus frequently freeze (e.g. “Updating Store”, “Checking Squads”) Green loading icon spins indefinitely Sometimes get kicked out of Ultimate Team with connection errors Important details: Gameplay is completely fine (around 8 ms ping, no lag in matches) Companion App and Web App work perfectly with no issues Problem only affects FUT menus on console Internet speed is very high (800+ Mbps) NAT Type 2 Key observation: When I connect my PS5 to a mobile hotspot, Ultimate Team loads instantly and works perfectly When I switch back to my home broadband (Sky), the issue returns What I’ve already tried: Reinstalling the game Rebuilding PS5 database Restarting router (including long power-off) Changing DNS settings Testing MTU Using both Ethernet and Wi-Fi Logging out/in of EA account Clearing saved data Conclusion: This appears to be a routing issue between Sky Broadband and EA servers affecting FUT content (menus/store), while gameplay servers work normally. In FC26 managers' career mode, there have now been multiple instances where players in my squad are away on international duty midseason, making them unavailable for matches. I cannot postpone or reschedule matches and thus have to forfeit said matches with a 3-nil loss. This is not what would happen. Firstly, international matches are held during international breaks, no top-flight matches should be scheduled. Secondly, if players from the lower leagues are involved with international teams, the match would be rescheduled depending on how many players are affected. I had 13 of my first team missing and had no means to reschedule. Please add a means to reschedule matches. Another way around this is to allow for the use of youth players on a temporary basis. As far as I can see, there is no way of recalling a youth player to the youth teams once they are in the first team. This again isn't what normally happens. okay so I am on PC windows 10 and I cant login to the game for 3 days now, it logs me in and i start a game, around 10-20 mins into the game I get an error saying you've lost connection then kicks me out, then when i try and log in again it kicks me out within seconds. 1)Tried deleting squad on web app 2) Tried reinstalling the game after clearing out all cache, anticheat and the ea app itself 3) Tried changing IPconfig settings, firewall settings and DNS changes 4) Power cycled my pc as well 5) tried playing on ethernet cable, same bug is occuring 6) tried all troubleshooting steps as mentioned in the ea guides, even deleted corrupt profiles to fix this but nothing happened. Hi everyone, After resetting my PC and doing a completely fresh Windows installation, I reinstalled the game. Before the reset, everything worked perfectly without any disconnects. Since the fresh install, I am constantly getting disconnected from EA servers. This happens randomly, both in the menus and during matches, making the game completely unplayable. Even after today´s update I face the same problems. Here’s what I’ve already tried: Reset my PC multiple times (clean Windows installs) Reinstalled the game multiple times Reinstalled EA Anti-Cheat Used the EA App recovery/cleanup tool Updated all drivers Disabled firewall and antivirus Tested different internet connections (LAN and mobile hotspot) Tried different EA accounts (same issue) Nothing has worked so far.
