Exchange claimed without confirmation
I accidentally exchanged my 116+ LaLiga tag in the triple exchange formula moment section while trying to preview the rewards. Clicking claim lets me view the possible rewards that I can get first, but this time it instantly exchanged the card, and I spent a long time grinding for that token and meant to use it for LaLiga 116 attacker. I didn’t want to get that; I just wanted to see what was in the moments section. Is it possible to reverse the token and take away my tokens getting from Alvarez because instead of previewing it which was my intent, it just instantly bought it and I was wondering if I could get the 116 refunded because it didint confirm? pls0Views0likes0CommentsMissing content 116 laliga tag

When user tries to load into Club, this error is present. I tried to resolve myself unsuccessful by restarting system and router. Even tried connect to a different network and updating the dns server all unsuccessfully. I am able to access and play other game modes without issue.8Views0likes0Comments2 online players vs IA
I would like to suggest a game mode where 2 friends can play online (each one on his home) in the SAME TEAM vs IA. So, they can play tournments, championships, togehter vs IA. Actually there is only 2 vs 2 matches mode. This mode I'm proposing can be used as a training for the doubles, before face 2 vs 2 onlie matches. Sometimes friends just want to play along without much pressure, just to catch up. So, this mode is the right mode. I believe there is no much trouble to implement that. I found that in squad battle there is a way to play 2 online gamers vs IA. But is only 5 matches with a unknown team. I hope for a patch with this mode, later this year. Problem: 59,064 TOTS Star Signings Shards lost. My balance dropped from 59,064 to 1,950 without any exchanges or purchases. My UID: 856861431410978816 Proof: I have attached a screenshot taken before the loss showing my balance of 59,064 shards. My in-game "Item History" also shows no activity during this period. What I need: I was saving for a specific player, Kylian Mbappé, and this loss makes it impossible. I require either: 1. The 59,064 shards to be fully restored; OR 2. The specific 120 tots mbappe i would buy with my shards. A generic 117 OVR player pick is not equivalent compensation, as it is worth significantly less than what I lost. I have been referred to the "mobile development team" by multiple support advisors but cannot reach them through chat loops. It’s been I think 3 years since player career mode got destroyed. Since the update in fc24 (I think) it is genuinely not fun. Which club is not willing to sign a ballon d’or winner because I’ve not scored 30 bicycle kicks from 30 yards. It is honestly pathetic EA. Bring back the old system, where you could get offers out of nowhere, it brings realism and randomness into the game. I miss playing for my local club, performing really well, and then getting offers from random clubs from around the world. This whole system of choosing your club was maybe a good idea at the start. And I think it could still be apart of the game. But we need the old system back too. MY SUGGESTION IS: Make it so you can choose a preferred club, but at the same time get other offers from clubs who are interested in signing your player.7Views0likes0CommentsUnable to access seasonal track
Scince i have started playing ea fc26 ultimate team i have not been able to access my seasonal track. i have tried to delete and reinstall the game, check my internet connection, restart the game and my console but i have been unsuccessful in fixing the issue. I only play on one account and only on my PS5. I have also been unable to access it on the web app and this issue has caused huge problems to my progression please look into my account and fix the issue and compensate me for being unable to access my seasonal track. Pro clubs - Failed to get ready for match

Hi, I’ve been unable to access Ultimate Team on my PS5 for the past 24 hours. The message I get immediately is: “Connection to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.” All other game modes on PS5 work fine. I can log in to my EA account on PC and the Companion app without any issues. I’ve already tried: Restarting the PS5 completely Resetting my network / changing DNS (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) Disconnecting and reconnecting my EA account It seems like a server issue or session bug, but I wanted to report it in case there’s something else I should try.
