Season pass not working
My FC 26 Season Pass has been unavailable for two consecutive seasons. On PS5, the Season Pass page is blank and then says ‘Season Pass unavailable.’ On the Companion App, I cannot claim rewards that contain SP (Season Points). Ultimate Team otherwise works normally (matches, SBCs, coins, etc.).1View0likes0CommentsI removed the 97 national pride evo and now it’s gone

Hi everyone, I am reaching out because I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with my account status and hope a moderator or support staff can look into this. My account was hit with a 28-day ban for allegedly engaging in a balance transfer. However, I have never done anything like that, and the flag on my account was entirely a mistake. To make matters worse, the ban period has now officially expired, but when I try to log in, the system is still showing that I am banned. Here is what I have done so far to try and resolve this: Submitted an Appeal: As soon as I noticed the issue, I opened an official appeal ticket to dispute the false balance transfer charge. Waited 3 Weeks: I left the appeal open for about three weeks, but I never received a single reply or update from the team. Closed the Ticket: Because the ticket was sitting completely stagnant for nearly a month without any acknowledgment, I eventually closed it. Since I didn't commit the violation in the first place, and my designated penalty period is officially over anyway, my account should be restored. Could someone please look into why the system hasn't updated my status, or help me get this escalated to the right team? Product: EA Sports FC 26 Platform: PS5 EA ID: danlebid Issue Description: I reached Level 20 in the current season and was supposed to receive 3,500 XP from the Premium Pass reward. However, the XP was never applied to my account. Because the 3,500 XP didn't count properly, my account is currently sitting at Level 21—which shouldn't be possible, as claims at Level 20 with the Premium Pass boost should have immediately propelled my progress to Level 23 or higher. Troubleshooting Already Attempted: Restarted the UT multiple times Restarted Game multiple times Reinstalled the game Played additional matches to earn extra XP in an attempt to trigger a server refresh/sync The XP is still missing and my progression remains frozen at Level 21. Does it go up every 2–3 months forcing us to replace our players all over again? Account 1 was linked to EA + Facebook. Account 2 was linked only to Game Center. I logged into Account 1 and then linked Game Center to it. The Game Center login is now associated with Account 1, so Account 2 is no longer accessible through Game Center. Referee called ball out of bounds when it wasn’t fully out of bounds, first time this has happened to me, not sure if this is a feature where refs make mistakes (don’t think it is since they can call an offsides where someone’s hair is a millimeter offsides), but if not a feature then I assume it’s a bug.
