So i opened the seasonal supply pack, and within that pack i got a totw pack. But when i try to claim this pack the game kicks me out of the store. I have pack name 'card.desc.FreeGoldPack' that I can't redeem because I keep getting this error in screenshot below. This error appears on PC WEB companion APP, Mobile FC25 companion APP and in-game on Playstation 5. Screenshots are taken on PC WEB companion APP. On PC and Mobile APP when i click 'Ok' on error prompt I get automatically logged out. In-game on PS5 I get same error message and pack gets removed from Store until I logout and login again. Cant connect Ultimate team servers. I got “connecting ultimate team is not possible at the moment” message. After trying many times, if I'm lucky, when the UT menu opens, I get the same message again after a long waiting screen. G'day all! I'm currently having weird stuttering issues in the game. I've tried multiple combinations of graphics and video settings (via the in game menu settings) and I can't erase the issue. It happens at random intervals and spikes MASSIVELY when transitioning from gameplay to a cutscene and vice versa. For reference, my pc setup is: CPU: Ryzen 9 5900x GPU: RTX 3070 ti RAM: 32gb DDR4 3600mhz Windows 10 Home Game is installed on a Nvme SSD I've messed around with Nvidia control panel settings, but there has been no luck there. Temperatures are also fine when playing a match, so that definitely is not an issue. Menus are smooth as butter, so no issues in that part of the game. If anybody has a potential fix for these stutters, I'd greatly appreciate it! PS. If you are facing problems with PC controllers and your controller does this: Works perfectly in offline: moments, squad battles, ... At online matches: rivals, tournaments works for a few seconds and suddenly stops working, you can only pass or shoot Then you have the same problem as me. Apparently its caused by some graphic or screen issue, and not by the controller. Here is a temporarily solution that "works" for me: Go to screen settings and limit your fps to 60hz and turn on VSync, this way your controller should work. I say temporarily solution because I don't find this a real solution, I hope they don't spend again 1 month without fixing this like last year. This problem is similar to last year problem that was causing stuttering, lag and fps drop when someone in the match used L1 dribbling, and it was temporarily solved by limiting fps. This should be fixed ASAP, honestly I don't want to play this game with a terrible 60 fps experience, the game looks horrible and doesn't even look like 60 fps, looks that you are playing a **bleep**ty 30fps game in 2012. I WANT TO PLAY WITH MY 165 MONITOR REFRESH RATE. If this does not get fixed it's an absolutely lame and a joke company, how can I be experimenting the same issue that I had on FC 25 (That lasted months of unplayable gameplay) ON THE RELASE DATE OF FC26! Kick off How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Whenever there is a set piece in the game (free kick, corner, throw in, penalty) and is followed by a cutscene or whenever a goal is scored, the brightness of the game drops significantly and everything becomes too dark. The only way to solve this is to press the options button, open the menu and then resume game. The issue with this solution is that whenever a new set piece or a goal occurs then the brightness drops again. It happens in 100% of situations and 100% of matches! This requires a hotfix ASAP. What happens when the bug occurs? Brightness drops significantly and everything becomes too dark. It appears that there are distinct lighting presets in the game: one for cutscenes, one for gameplay, and one for close-ups during throw-ins, goal kicks, etc. The lighting preset for cutscenes and similar events used to be consistently darker. However, after Title Update 3, this lighting preset no longer reverts to normal after a cutscene or throw-in; instead, it remains darker. This becomes noticeable on the pitch, affecting the overall darkness of the gameplay, especially the shadows during daytime. What should be happening instead? The brightness should be at normal levels all the time. The first photo is from Santiago Bernabeu Winter 3:30 PM Partly Clear and it is how the match started. The second photo is from the same stadium again after I pressed the options button and then resumed the match. The brightness completely bugged out. It is worse in some stadiums than others but the bug is always there no matter what. It happens in every mode, UT, Kick Off, Career Mode. Edit : Title Update 11 finally fixed the biggest problem with this bug on next gen after 5 months, although it still happens in Santiago Bernabeu with Partly Clear weather and there are still small brightness fluctuations as you play the game.
