Falsely banned for cheating
I was just banned from the game after having bought it just hours ago. I got an email saying i was flagged for cheating but it didn't go into any detail at all or give me a specific example of cheating on my end. I had to leave a rivals game because the game wasn't loading after 2 minutes of waiting in a black screen. I was playing with a friend who had to do the same and he wasn't banned. Is there any hope of this being resolved quickly because i was hoping to play over the weekend. What gameplay do u have?
Imagine having this discussion in 2025 But here it is, Input delay/ Slow gameplay most people with this seem to make a lot less tackles as it's impossible to time a tackle. I've seen other posts saying tackling is now op but they have speedup lag, yes that's because the other person has delay and you can tackle them any time you want. All this is only down to EA servers nothing else. How to play? I spend so much time and effort on the game, and I only get 2-3 good players in 6 months. I play in the first division, I make at least 9 wins in the champions, but the packs are empty. While my friend is in Division 5 and plays squad battles, he gets P9 95 and Eusebio 95. Where is justice? Why waste time on this game? Why don't rewards depend on results? I think I’ve just been permanently banned of transfer market for nothing
Can anyone help me please, I need to know if this is a sign of being permanently banned I’ve tried emailing them this morning and still no luck.I can’t use the transfer market on the web app or companion even in game I can’t use it so I done a bit of reading online and it’s saying I could be permanently banned so I don’t know what to do right now. Hej everyone, just got myself EaFc and the first week its was ok, but as it is right now its not working at all anymore. The gameplay is horrible, the players are so heavy and no game is like the next one, i also got totally diffrent gameplay on diffrent times at the days, my only answear would be that Ea got really bad servers or is that somthing in the game that make this game so bad for me, if so please let me know ? My setup is Ps5 1000/1000 mb fibre optic, everything is wired. I tried the mostly i could try at this point to get it working, there is no problem with my internet connection and i got a super stable connection. I've been playing fifa and fc for couple years now, and today it got me a thinking to come here and share some thing here that maybe EA can fix that for all of us, it is that the inconsistent gameplay is overwhelming everybody's now days, I believe eveyone has this complaint but they dont know where and how to say it???!!! the DDA is too much now days, its controlling over gameplay, Im sure it happens to everyone that you play good in our level but all the sedan a game comes that you feel with your core belief can understand that AI controlling your gameplay, your pass, shot, defending etc is not working properly anymore and you have to lose the game to a person that his or her gameplay is way more lower than you!!!!! I want EA please fix this dynamic difficulty gameplay to a different way so people can enjoy the game and who ever has a skill win more and achieve more, simply because they deserve more. Anyone reaching 11+ wins in Champs is 100% cheating

Account hacked and been transfer banned unfairly
Hi, my account was hacked and coin abuse occurred! (10 players sold for coin abuse worth around 100k coins). I only found out when ea emailed me saying that I’m banned and blocked from the transfer window. I have appealed and opened a case twice explaining that I have never in my years playing the game had any ban before and that this was not my fault. Both times they have rejected my case. Can anyone suggest what I can do? I can’t believe they have done this and that they won’t lift the ban.
